Greeting & assisting patients when they arrive
- Managing patient calls and inquiries
- Optimizing the appointment schedule
- Scheduling & confirmation of patient appointments
- Managing the Hygiene Continuing Care/ Recare program
- Managing patient calls and inquiries
- Managing patient dental insurance: Send insurance claims (EDI & manual) and verify coverage/ collect payments/ accounts receivable
- Administrative responsibilities
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum 1-year Dental administrative experience an asset
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to work with new technology. Dental software ( Tracker) experiences is an asset
- Excellent customer service, communication & listening skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated to learn & grow professionally.
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- A cheerful, friendly, can-do attitude committed to providing outstanding patient care.
- Team player. Willingness to support all aspects of the practice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
