**Inizio Engage Canada** is looking for an energetic and patient centric focused individual who will be responsible to engage virtually or via phone with HCPs nationally to represent pharmaceutical partner brands and deliver key messaging. The Bilingual Virtual Territory Manager (VTM) must ensure that agreed client objectives are met or exceeded by both the client and Inizio Engage. This is a 4-month contract, and the Bilingual VTM is a fully remote role. The job holder is reporting to the Business Manager, Commercial Services.

**Key Objectives**:

- Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and the pharmacy stakeholders by placing outbound phone and/or virtual calls on behalf of the client to deliver key service messages
- Consistently meet and exceed program related KPIs, as communicated by direct manager
- Research territory targets, identify the key players, stakeholder map and generate interest with each interaction
- Self-sufficient and with the ability to assess business opportunities to properly manage their territory and meet call expectations
- Build rapport with customers through high quality interactions and identifying the customer and patient needs
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Capture accurate key information discussed during calls in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Submit call activity daily in the CRM
- Manage relationships with the key influencers, client, and all Inizio Engage business units through regular touch points to ensure program KPIs are delivered and to attain or exceed service goals
- Support with maintaining existing business and promoting additional services by providing insights and qualified opportunities to the direct manager, the team and at times, the client to provide feedback and solutions to the client’s needs
- Maintain a professional team environment and peer to peer communication
- Actively participate in all team and department meetings and trainings
- Actively and professionally participate in any client-led training sessions
- Submit any applicable program related expenses in an accurate and timely manner, via the Concur expense management system
- To help meet departmental fiscal year objectives
- Demonstrate the Inizio Engage values on a daily basis

**Job Holder Specification**:

- College or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluently bilingual French and English (oral and written)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and patient centric focused;
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders
- Innovative and strategic thinker
- Able to prioritize and plan territory coverage

**Gestionnaire virtuel de territoire**

Inizio Engage Canada est à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire virtuel(le), dynamique et axé(e) sur les résultats pour s’entretenir virtuellement ou par téléphone avec les professionnels des soins de santé (PSS) pour représenter des marques dans le champ thérapeutique de diabète, transmettre des messages clés dans le but d’augmenter les ventes et la part de marché de la marque.

Ce poste est **100% télétravail**. Le titulaire relèvera du Gestionnaire des affaires, Services commerciaux.

**Objectifs principaux**:

- Communiquer des messages de vente clés aux PSS sur la base de la stratégie, du plan d’action et de la formation approuvés par le client, à l’aide des outils et du matériel marketing approuvés.
- Planifier et tenir des dîners-conférences virtuels avec les PSS ciblés.
- Atteindre et dépasser constamment les IRC du programme, tels que communiqués par le gestionnaire direct.
