**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Process transactions efficiently through the cash register, ensuring accurate cashiering.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance in technology sales and technical products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a positive shopping experience.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in cashiering and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and store appearance.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Ability to sell effectively, with experience in retail sales preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- experience with shipping and receiving required.
