Warranty Clerk

Job Duties:
Work with suppliers and customers to place warranty claims and following up once ordered.
Answering incoming phone calls to book customer appointments with our Design Consultants and helping out with other client requests.
Working with our booking system to follow up with online lead requests in an effort to book appointments.
Help walk-in clients that want to look at product types available, as well as, fabrics.
Day to day tasks such as receiving packages.
Posting on social media and our website.
Covering other job duties as required for holiday coverage.
Skills Required:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Prior marketing or design background would be considered an asset
Having your own transportation and valid driver's license would be considered an asset as covering at other offices may be required from time to time
Pay and Benefits:
Pay range will vary based on prior experience $20-23 per hour
Benefits are included after 3-month probationary period
3 weeks paid vacation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
