CKF Inc. has six manufacturing facilities located across Canada, and one in the USA with a total workforce in excess of 900 employees. Our operations produce foam, plastic and molded pulp products including disposable tableware, egg cartons, four-cup carriers, display containers, and a wide variety of other products for the food service industry.

The Rexdale location is seeking Secondary Grinder/Packers working in our Extrusion Department.

**12 hour continental shift schedule with weekend work every other weekend.**

Operate Reclaim, Foam and rPET Extruders according to schedule.

Monitor, adjust & report process conditions.

Perform required quality checks.

Complete all necessary production reports (when required).

Provide vacation coverage to other employees.

Responsible for extruder operation: supply of resin, GA, color concentrate, talc, cut off and weighing of mill rolls, screen changes, start-up & shutdowns, oil & water levels of equipment.

Adhere to maintenance (filters) guidelines, housekeeping & GMP procedures.

Must familiarize with reclaim operations during training period.

Ensures Maintenance requests are recorded and completed in a timely manner.

Performs duties as GMH for the Extrusion department as per department needs.

Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
Applicants must have good attendance and safety record.

Excellent communication and written skills.

Proven troubleshooting skills.

Must possess a Forklift License or have the ability to be trained in Forklift.
