We are currently seeking **experienced Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs)** to support our expanding projects across the Lower Mainland.

**Requirement**
- ** 2-3 years of Lane Closure experience.**:

- Proven experience with **Paving and Highway closures**:

- ** Clean driver’s abstract**:

- ** Strong**communication skills with **drivers, crew, and operators**:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-12 hours)
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, safety-first environment**:

- Positive attitude, motivated and energetic.

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and maintain lane closures, signs, cones, and barricades
- Coordinate traffic movement and ensure pedestrian and driver safety
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew
- Ensure compliance with approved traffic management plans
- Complete daily barricade and compliance reports
- Provide on-site guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Maintain a safe, organized work zone
- Perform other duties as required
- Collaborate with construction teams to facilitate smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
- Protect the safety of the crew and the public by directing motor/pedestrian traffic
