**Volunteer Role: Volunteer Administrative Assistant, Family Partnerships**

**Location: Currently remote**

**Time commitment: one three-hour shift per week during business hours, 3 month commitment**

**Reports to: Senior Manager, Family Partnerships**

Habitat for Humanity GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is a local organization with a global vision of a world where everyone has a safe and decent place to live. We mobilize communities to help working families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. With the help of volunteers, donors, and community partners, we provide a solid foundation for better, healthier lives for families in the GTA. Since 1988, Habitat GTA has built 25 new communities, providing a hand up to hundreds of families so parents and children can have a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home. **The Position**:
Habitat for Humanity GTA, Family Partnership department is looking for administrative support.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Data entry
- Filing
- Account updates
- Other administrative duties as required

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Computer literacy, comfortable and confident using technology
- Experience in administrative support
- Respect and understanding of confidentiality for our partner families and information the applicant maybe privileged to while in this role
- Experience in Salesforce database an asset
- Have your own computer
