Resort Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations of the resort.
- Lead and supervise seasonal staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Manage guest services to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors.
- Handle budgeting and financial planning to optimize resources and maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service across all areas of the resort.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly with effective phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
- Working with management of our water system, septic system and overall operations management.
- Maintaining the property grounds year-round.
- Collaborating with our marketing and sales team to promote the resort and attract new guests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities is not required, but sought after.
- Familiarity with human resources practices related to hiring, training, and employee relations is advantageous.
- Experience with water systems and septic systems is preferred.
- Experience in guest services or related fields is preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
