Territory Sales Representative

**About Us**:
We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality hardwood flooring, dedicated to providing exceptional products and service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team and help expand business in Canada and US.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow relationships with flooring stores and clients in the assigned region.
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients
- Present and promote our hardwood flooring products to potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Conduct regular visits to client locations, maintaining a visible presence in the market
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies effectively
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry
- Strong understanding of hardwood flooring products and the flooring market
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Commission pay
