About The Technical Onboarding Team
We’re continuing to build out a team of passionate Information Security Consultants. We are looking for a technical, SIEM analyst/architect to join our ranks, as we exponentially grow our customer base.
The Technical Onboarding team supports a wide array of customers who have purchased our MDR services, as they onboard, configure and tune the products we support. We are responsible for owning the deployment of the service for those customers and assisting them in maturing their security posture with regards to Managed Detection and Response. The Log services focus on aggregate event logging, alerting, query writing and the generation of dashboards, while providing informed interventions and compliance reporting.
We are laser focused on providing our customers the best possible experience in onboarding into eSentire’s various services and providing the customers with an ongoing partnership in their security journey.

You can rapidly move from project to project and be able to keep track of the various moving parts of the deployment from start to finish.
You must have scale-up culture in your DNA and get energized by a low-ego, “all hands on deck” environment. You care deeply about not only making your customers secure and successful, but also collaborating with your peers to ensure eSentire’s success. You are empathetic, enthusiastic and take risks - upping the game of the Technical Onboarding Team You are an eminently technical yet customer-focused individual.
