**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct pre-test inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Administer road tests, evaluating driver performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide constructive feedback to driver’s post-test;
- Maintain accurate records of all road tests, including results and recommendations.
- Communicate results with the recruiting and safety department.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to driver testing and safety.
- Assist in developing and implementing testing procedures and protocols.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a driver training, testing, or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible availability to work weekends and potential holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic record-keeping systems.
