**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Execute precise measurements and cutting of materials for installation.
- Install cabinets, trim, molding, and other finish carpentry elements with accuracy.
- Perform drywall installation and finishing as needed.
- Engage in concrete forming tasks when required for specific projects.
- Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing around installations.
- Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of finished projects.
- Assemble furniture and fixtures according to design specifications.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment safely as required during installations.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and meets quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Knowledge of concrete forming processes is beneficial.
- Ability to perform construction painting tasks effectively.
- Capability to assemble various types of furniture and fixtures accurately.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work hours.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
