We have a above average salary, with benefits.

All general Management duties including training, overseeing day to day operations. Management duties include but are not limited to ordering and inventory controls, auditing, banking, HR and scheduling, payroll, and overseeing general operations of Foh and Boh.

This is a full time position. You must have experience working within a team environment and working as a team leader. Leadership and Training skills are necessary.

Working within the realm of the Franchise. Ability to assist with opening new stores within the franchise.

Ability to implement the procedures and evaluate staff.

**Salary**: $52,946.00-$62,119.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- franchise: 3 years (required)
- Management: 5 years (preferred)

- Food Safe Handling (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
