We are looking for an experienced supervisor to provide support with, health & safety, on-site operations, customer relations.

**Site Supervisor - Hazardous Material Abatement & Demolition**

Site Supervisor works closely with other supervisors and management to ensure that projects are being completed on time. The site supervisor takes direction from management and executes it on site. They are required to work closely with vendors and clients, making sure that all problems are dealt with in a timely manner and that they do not hinder progress on the project.

Site supervisors must manage activities and ensure proper placement of material and vendor resources. They must be strong self-starters and have a growing knowledge of the OH&S Legislation. They deliver progress reports and lead meetings on-site and plan changes.

Previous experience in project management is an asset. They will also require knowledge of applicable computer software and programs. Site Supervisor needs to have experience in scheduling, cost control, and leadership to ensure the job is done in the set time frame. They also should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Coordinating operations with Project Manager
- Ensuring health and safety requirements, safe work procedures, and safe job practices are enforced and followed on site
- Instructing and training employees
- Approving Time-sheets (Tsheets) for Payroll
- Completing hazard assessments, site inspections, and other documentation required by law.
- 3 years hands-on experience in supervision remediation of hazardous materials, i.e. asbestos, lead, mold, PCB, mercury, bio-hazard, etc.

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
