What You’ll be Doing:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems- Use industry knowledge, expertise, and skills to review multiple data sets and offer insights which can be used to develop action plans and countermeasures for various Parts Operations Teams- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports and performance indicators to locate and correct problems- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities- Work with Team to prioritize business and information needs- Provide updates for training content based on current operations requirements and current reporting offerings- Create and maintain procedural and best-practice documentation- Work with business units to ensure reporting programs access is functioning as designed- Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for unique operations reports to support and align work within the following teams: Business Intelligence (BI) Warehouse, Analysis for Excel (Power Query), Excel Analytics, and SharePoint

What You’ll Bring:
- University degree or College diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience- 5 years of experience with operations data and analytics is preferred- Advanced technical skills including experience with Data Analytics, Power BI and Advanced Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with SAP/Business Intelligence is an asset- Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail- High degree of personal initiative- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities within a fast-paced environment- Strong presentation skills are an asset
