We are searching for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team. Someone who has hands on experience working with all types of shop tools and machines. A curious, self-motivated individual who wants to build on their experience in the field.

**Your Responsibilities & Qualifications**

As a member of our millwright team,who will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and performing precision operation of machinery and tools to cut or grind metal or other material to make or modify quality parts/products for industrial automation equipment. You will.
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures, machine requirements and tools needed for the job
- Set up, adjust, and operate conventional lathe, milling, drill press and other machines and/or tools
- Maintain machines and tools to ensure they are working properly and safely.
- Clean, maintain and perform other routine machine work.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with GMP and industry safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area and following all health and safety policies and procedures.

Education, skills and experiences:

- A technical diploma coupled with a minimum of two (2) years of experience using a milling machine
- Demonstrated experience working with all types of shop tools and machines.
- Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions
- Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly practices.
- Solid knowledge of the metric and imperial system
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
