We are currently seeking an experienced **Civil 3D Designer/Drafter** to join our team and actively contribute to the success of our projects, in one of our offices : Montreal, Oakville, Edmonton, Burnaby or St John.

**YOUR MISSIONS**:
**Design and Coordination**
- Participate in the design and production of 3D models, 2D drawings, and specifications for civil works, including road networks, earthworks, ditches, drinking water systems, sanitary and stormwater systems, berms, excavations, storage volume retention capacity (berm capacity), and railway networks (an asset).
- Coordinate and process site survey data (including site scans) and collaborate with geotechnical engineers.
- Coordinate work with different disciplines to ensure project alignment.

**Technical Oversight**
- Maintain technical knowledge to incorporate best practices and ensure compliance with provincial codes and standards.
- Review and comment on supplier drawings.
- Prepare estimates for material take-offs, construction estimates, and software-generated reports.

**On-Site Support**
- Monitor work and conduct site visits to resolve site issues, manage deficiencies, and provide support as required.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, 3DReshaper, Autocad, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suites. Knowledge of Prosteel and Advance Steel is an asset.
- Strong understanding of structural steel and reinforced concrete (an asset).
- Solid knowledge of codes and standards for various provinces and good engineering practices.

**Communication and Collaboration**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and with geotechnical and design teams.

**Experience and Attributes**
- Demonstrates experience in geotechnical coordination, material take-offs, and construction estimate preparation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to complex project environments.
