Reporting directly to the Head of PTFE Group, the Head of Global Sales is responsible for building and delivering the sales plan, goals and budget in conjunction with the Head of PTFE Group. The Head of Global Sales will lead, direct and coordinate the efforts of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams.

Individual accountabilities
- Develop sales plan and sales goals, and achieve the targets
- Communicate to executive management market trends, competitors’ information, sales volumes
- Manage reporting, monitor daily sales, track all commercial activities' KPIs
- Manage, hire and train Outside Sales personnel
- Manage Inside Sales and Customer Service staff
- Conduct Performance reviews, contract reviews, salary reviews.
- Establish territory boundaries and Sales budgets (monitor expenses etc.)
- Review catalog, customers satisfaction surveys, website, and track response from advertising
- identify most beneficial trade shows, generate leads, and respond to leads

Shared accountabilities
- Work closely with Marketing to manage Advertising, Trade Shows, Catalogs, Social Media and Promotional Materials
- Participate actively in New Product Development, work closely with Technical Team
- Bring in opportunities and ideas for New Products relative to future growth
- Work closely with Operations to solve problems regarding on-time delivery, supply, and quality

Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders
- Provide recommendations that enhance performance, business opportunities, and continuous improvements
- Key stakeholders: Head of PTFE, Head of Finance Canada and US, Production Manager, Director QA & RD
- Ensure alignment with global sales strategy to build high performing organization

**Required Experience**:
**Requirements**:

- College Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Strong people leader, excellent communication, capability to impact and engage people, superior presentation and organizational skills
- Minimum 5 years in Senior Sales Leadership role in similar industry
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in matrix organization
- Excellent computer and analytical skills - MS Word, Excel, PPT
- Valid driver’s license, able to work in US and travel 80%
- Spanish bilingual is a strong asset
