Volleyball Coach

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement effective training sessions that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game.
- Educate athletes on techniques, strategies, and rules of volleyball to improve their performance.
- Conduct regular practices, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Evaluate players' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Organize and oversee competitive matches, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and sportsmanship standards.
- Foster a supportive team culture that encourages participation, effort, and respect among players.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding team goals, schedules, and expectations.

**Experience**
- Previous coaching experience in volleyball or related sports is required.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate athletes.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all participants regardless of skill level.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
