Trail Coffee Co. is hiring a part - time kitchen hand.

**Who we are**

Located in the heart of downtown Trail, Trail Coffee Co. is the staple coffee shop. We roast our own coffee in house, offer catering and provide full-service breakfast and lunch 5 days a week. We are open Monday - Friday from 8am - 3pm. T.C.C. is a fun, fast-paced and rewarding work environment.

**The Position**
- Prepping the kitchen according to par list
- Preparing and plating meals efficiently
- General cleaning duties
- Assisting in food & supplies ordering
- Preparing catering requests
- Inventory
- Dishwashing

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
