**Purpose of Role**
To process incoming material in a timely and accurate manner in order to provide efficient service internally to satisfy manufacturing needs as well as other internal and external customer requirements.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the reception, handling, distribution and storage of all product and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse.
- Counting of required parts as they come through receiving.
- Responsible for delivering production materials to the shop floor in a timely and acceptable manner.
- Responsible for putting away products in the warehouse.
- Responsible for the organization and layout of the warehouse, and prevention loss or damage of inventory due to handling.
- Propose and help implement cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
- Responsible for maintaining all warehouse equipment.
- Takes a lead position in inventory preparation and count.
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
- Support the Operations department in cost-reduction initiatives and projects as required.
- Enter data into computerized inventory system.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and assist in conducting physical inventory.
- Work closely with cycle count coordinator as required.
- Adhere to Condair’s Health and Safety and Quality Assurance Systems.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
**Professional Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies**
- Education and Experience: Hands-on experience on a dock within the warehouse industry required.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (reading, writing, spoken) required.
- Ability to Reason: Strong planning and organization skills are required. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work, set targets and make decisions. Ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure.
- Computer Skills: Relevant work experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required. Experience with data management systems considered an asset.
- Certificates/Licenses: Forklift and WAV license an asset, or ability to obtain forklift and WAV license.
- Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various departments. Experience and clear understanding of adhering to safety guidelines.

- Frequently reach, twist, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs
- Frequently walk, stand, climb ladder and use WAV, Forklift and Power Jack
- Work in repetitive motion in a fast-paced environment, 5 days a week, 8+ hours per day
