**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with their needs and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and food preparation zones.
- Assist in training new staff on restaurant policies, food safety standards, and customer service protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- A passion for helping others and providing an exceptional dining experience.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
