As the Information Security GRC Specialist at 7shifts you will lead the implementation and management of a compliance framework for industry security standards as well as applicable government laws/regulations. Working closely with internal stakeholders, this role will be highly collaborative and engaging.

**What you’ll do**:
Assess and determine control and process gaps to comply/conform with SOC 2, ISO 27001/2 requirements
Develop and execute recommendations/remediation plans, based on gap assessment findings
Conduct internal audits for measurement/efficiency/optimization of implemented aspects of the Information Security program
Develop, manage and update information security policies, procedures, standards and other documentation
Conduct security risk assessments, build risk heat maps and quarterly risk reports
Manage security risk management program and track KRIs
Manage security awareness and training program and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual security trainings
Manage and lead the design and operation of internal audit and compliance monitoring program
Assist with incident response activities, as required

**What you have**:
3-5 years of experience in implementation of security standards and frameworks
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification
ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
CISM/CRISC/CISSP training/certification
Working knowledge of standards/frameworks, regulations and laws governing information security and privacy i.e. SOC 2, ISO 27001/2, PCI DSS etc.
Strong planning, execution, communication and collaboration skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

Knowledge of restaurant operations
SaaS experience
