**Overview**
**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute construction plans accurately.
- Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for various projects.
- Execute restoration tasks that may include cabinetry installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct masonry work as needed, including bricklaying and stonework.
- Engage in roofing activities to ensure structural integrity and weatherproofing.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks as required by project specifications.
- Participate in assembly tasks for various construction components.
- Carry out heavy lifting duties as necessary to facilitate project completion.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices to assist in project planning.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Previous maintenance person experience is highly desirable, showcasing versatility across multiple trades.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
