**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Daily maintenance checks ensuring equipment is in proper working order
- Follow food safety protocols and perform duties in a safe manner
- Complete required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- Weld, fabricate, and install custom built parts
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Managing the facility’s spare parts inventory
**Experience, Skills and Abilities**:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Speak, read, and write English fluently
- Experience with electric motors, and basic electrical or plumbing knowledge
- TIG Welding, and stainless-steel fabrication ability is an asset
- Prior experience with light to medium industrial maintenance duties
- Knowledge of VFD’s, PLC’s, pneumatics is a plus, but not required
- Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable vehicle to get to work
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Must be flexible to work _before or after production shifts_, including weekends, overtime as required
