Home Automation Technician

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install Maintain and repair home automation devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Detect and troubleshoot issues in home automation systems.
- Collaborate with design teams to implement improvements in home automation processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automated equipment.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in low voltage electrical systems and components.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex AV systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their programming is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in customer service interactions.
