**Our Assistant General Manager will**:
- Coach, lead and manage restaurant staff.
- Team building and ongoing employee development.
- Work full time floor managing shifts and directly impact the guest experience, salesmanship, labour and cost controls.
- Assist with interviews, employee onboarding and training.
- Assist with any other requests as directed.
- Assist with LSM and promotions as required.
- Assist with Catering, Special Events and Deliveries.
- Act as brand ambassadors, providing leadership and strategic direction to all departments of the restaurant.
- Work with the rest of the Management Team and react to restaurant opportunities.
- This position requires a flexible and dynamic problem solver with exceptional leadership abilities who can empower staff to give superior customer service to Famous Dave's guests, associates, and visitors.
- Applicants must have minimum 3 years full service restaurant experience.
- Previous Catering experience is a bonus.
Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
