**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CAD/CAM Design & Fabrication**:
Use CAD/CAM systems to design and fabricate dental restorations with precision and attention to detail.
- **Trimming & Staining**:
Trim and stain restorations
- **Scanning & Downloading**:
Scan models, and download files
- **Invoicing**:
Process and manage invoicing for completed cases, ensuring all necessary documentation and records are accurate.
- **Quality Control**:
Inspect restorations for fit, function, and aesthetics before final approval to ensure they meet company standards.
- **Collaboration**:
Work as part of a team with other dental professionals to meet client needs and ensure a smooth workflow.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:
Assist in maintaining and cleaning CAD/CAM equipment and other lab tools to ensure proper function.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- **Educational Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training in dental technology is a plus.
- **Language Skills**:
Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
- **Technical Skills**:
Strong motor skills and spatial awareness, essential for accurate work in creating dental restorations.
- **Attention to Detail**:
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of the restoration process.
- **Teamwork**:
Ability to work well as part of a team, collaborating with others to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

**Preferred (but not required) Skills**:

- Previous experience with CAD/CAM systems and digital impressions.
- Basic dental knowledge, including understanding of dental anatomy and materials.

**Summary**

As a Dental Technician, you will be integral to the dental laboratory team, responsible for creating high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances. This role requires a strong foundation in medical terminology and laboratory experience, complemented by premium skills in CAD and familiarity with dental lab operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in English, to effectively communicate within the team and with clients. Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
