**Directional Driller** | Monday to Friday | Day Shift

Tri-Force Utilities services the GTA, we specialize in hydrovac excavation, directional drilling, and batcher/restoration services. Tri-Force offers professional services for residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, and construction needs. We have the specialized equipment to handle the smallest jobs to the biggest ones

From project inception to completion, the same personnel ensures the end result. In any business, the details of a project can get lost in translation. This can be especially true in this industry, but through actively engaging the managers in the field, having a great a sense of ownership and accountability which is carried across all aspects of the project, no matter how small or large, we always strive for success

We are looking for a reliable, hard working and motivated individual to join our team as a Hydrovac Truck Driver/Operator This position would require you to be a problem solver, self sufficient with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

Requirement for this position include the following:

- Valid AZ class license
- 3 Years Driving Experience
- Clean driving record check (abstract/CVOR)
- Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle (10-speed, 13-speed, etc.)
- Experience operating a horizontal directional driller
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor drilling progress and adjust equipment as necessary
- Understanding fibre optics installation
- Maintain drilling equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective drilling operations
- Experience with maintaining a variety of documentation including but not limited to accident or incident reports, driver logbook, inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), maintenance/ repair reports and trip reports
- Experience with being responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle
- Punctual
- Detail Orientated
- Reliable and respectful to customers and work environments

**Skills**:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating drilling equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Attention to detail to accurately collect and analyze data
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and perform manual labor
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members

Note: Previous experience as a directional driller

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
