**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead safe, engaging, and effective group classes in your area of expertise (e.g., Yoga, Calisthenics, Aerobics, or related disciplines).
- Design class plans that suit varying skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Provide clear instruction on proper techniques, alignment, and safety measures.
- Motivate and support participants to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation from all fitness levels.
- Collaborate with the studio team to maintain high-quality programming.
- Stay current with trends and practices relevant to your discipline.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Yoga, Calisthenics, Aerobics, or another recognized group fitness style.
- Strong understanding of movement mechanics and safe training practices within your specialty.
- Ability to adapt classes for a wide range of fitness levels.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills with a focus on participant engagement.
- Certification or formal training in your discipline is preferred.
- CPR/AED certification is an asset.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for fitness and community.
- Experience in program design tailored to individual needs.
- Background in personal training or sports coaching is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.06-$52.06 per hour
