- Reporting to the Campus Director and under the guidance of the Practical Nursing Coordinator, the Health Care Assistant (HCA) Instructor is responsible for delivering components of the Health Care Assistant program to students._

**Responsibilities**:

- Instructs curriculum using pre-authorized or Sprott Shaw materials
- Contribute to curriculum maintenance
- Administer assessments and grade student work
- Attend faculty meetings, in-service training sessions, program and college activities
- Supervising students during clinical placements, as needed

Qualifications and Education
- Current practicing license as an LPN, RN or RPN with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Two (2) years of full-time nursing experience
