**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team at McColman and Sons Demolition Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for sandblasting and painting on heavy equipment/trucks. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform sandblasting on various heavy equipment/trucks
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during sandblasting operations.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment during all operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sandblaster
- Familiarity with various hand tools and sandblasting equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Pay: $19.80-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
