**Job Purpose**

The Web Order Processor is to provide and ensure optimal customer service by ensuring all orders are processed in an exceptionally organized and timely manner, with the values of _Babiche_ and intention to _Make Lives Better._ It is the responsibility of the Web Order Processor to ensure the needs of customers and their pets through staging orders for Web Packers and handling all orders in an organized manner.

**Structure & Schedule**

Web Order Processor will work as a team with the Web Customer Experience Leader, Web Customer Service Reps, & Web Packers to serve e-commerce customer with exceptionally fast and accurate order processing.

Web Order Processor is scheduled on Sunday to Thursday from mix of morning and evening shifts.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Web Order Processor is responsible for these 3 areas of web shipping functions with objectives:

- Picking_
- To ensure items are being picked accurately and efficiently
- To ensure inventory is accurate and reflective of online store
- Staging_
- To ensure all orders are staged appropriately in an organized manner and to communicate effectively the next action for Web Team
- To provide quick and effective communication with Customers concerning their order and follow-up
- Packing_
- To ensure all orders are shipped within same day to provide exceptionally fast and accurate customer service.

- Aptitude & experience with Customer Service
- Excellent time management
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem solving
- Effective communication skills
- Highly organized
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Aptitude with computer software systems
- Ability to type 60 wpm
- Quick learner

**Preferred**:

- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience in Pet Industry
