Glass Installer

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Measure and cut glass to specifications for installation in windows, doors, and other structures.
- Install glass using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure secure and accurate fittings.
- Remove old or damaged glass and prepare surfaces for new installations.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.
- Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks associated with glass handling and installation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in glass installation or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise measurements and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Pay: $18.29-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
