As a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker at Insureline Platinum, you will manage an in-house book of business with the goal of expanding it through excellent customer service and relationship building. You will also oversee and support a growing team of brokers, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage In-House Book of Business**: Oversee and grow an existing book of business by delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and manage a team of brokers, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for success.
- **Broker Support**: Provide ongoing assistance to brokers, offering guidance on complex cases and best practices.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain client relationships, addressing their insurance needs with tailored property and casualty solutions.
- **Business Growth**: Develop strategies to expand the book of business and identify new client acquisition opportunities.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Insurance License**: Level 1 or Level 2 insurance license is required.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an insurance broker, particularly in property and casualty insurance.
- **Management Skills**: Experience in managing a book of business and overseeing a team of brokers.
- **Multi-Tasking**: Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear, actionable advice.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Preferred Knowledge**: In-depth working knowledge of Applied Rater and EPIC is preferred.
- **Language**:Must speak English and Mandarin

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
