**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Answer customer inquires in a timely manner

Processing changes and endorsements, issue certificates

New business as required

Up-sell and cross sell

Receiving payments

Other duties as required

Commit to having fun while providing an outstanding customer experience

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Job Required Skills**:
Well-organized, accurate, detail oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, growing work environment

Strong computer skills, experience using computer client management system

Eager to provide great customer service experience

Thrive in a limited supervision setting

Work hours are Monday through Friday

**Job Required Experience**:
Level 1 or 2 license as required by the Alberta Insurance Act

Level 1 - must commit to training and obtaining Level 2 in a timely manner

3-5 years experience in the insurance industry

EPIC experience and Applied Rate / Compu-Quote

Insurance company portal and system knowledge

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
