**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee daily operations at our multi-family residential construction sites, including fourplex units with legal suites. This individual will report to the Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage data for performance improvement are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily site operations keeping them clean and on track
- Coordinate project activities and allocate resources effectively, maintaining clear communication with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Utilize data analysis and project metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Prepare and present progress reports, highlight challenges, and recommend solutions to upper management.
- Ensure consistent quality control across all aspects of construction, especially framing, drywall, and finishing.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within residential or multi-family construction.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and act on project performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
