**Job Overview**:
The Project Coordinator will provide Program Management Support Services and resources to the Management team on our Norman Wells, NWT site.
**Responsibilities**
- Supports the project management team with progress reporting, including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement, and field quantity surveys as required by the project
- Builds and submits technical documentation such as RFI’s and field level estimates for change
- Assists the Superintendent in the day-to-day duties of a project’s administration
- Provides baseline schedule development, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, risk management, and earned value management guidance and tools
- Monitors and controls program compliance in respect to contractual obligations
- Supports safety and quality performance and ensures due diligence in client and regulatory compliance
- Produces weekly/monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances
- Responsible for project invoicing, value of work, accounts receivable and accruals
- Report performance and progress through analytical techniques to validate cost, schedule, and overall performance
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and complete functions in the development of visual reports
- Experience developing cost estimates/forecasts and project schedules based on sound plant design concepts
- Confident in growing and maintaining positive relationships
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
- Ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment
**Other Position Information**
- Site based position located in Norman Wells, NWT
- Temporary position with a 7 - 8 month duration
- Camp will be provided when on site
- Charter flight from Edmonton will be provided
