- Accurately complete daily paperwork including water temperatures, cleaning schedules, chemical percentages, etc.
- Performing high quality deep cleanings of our processing and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with QA to ensure swabs are complete and meet standards/requirements
- Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality
- Operate sweepers, scrubbers, pressure washers and other sanitation equipment
- Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues A
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

**ABOUT YOU**:

- High School, technical school education or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- General knowledge or a willingness to learn about chemicals, proper waste disposal methods, and appropriate cleaning techniques
- The desire to learn and abide by the rules regarding our good manufacturing procedures and food safety protocol
- Ability to interpret, understand and follow detailed procedures

**IMPORTANT DETAILS**:

- Day or Night shift role working 12-hour shifts
- Weekend work and overtime hours may be required
