**We’re Hiring**

We are currently looking to fill a **full-time, permanent position** for a **Shipper/Receiver** in our **Production Department** at our **Leamington ON** facility.

**What You'll Do**:

- Monitor NAV and group messages to ensure orders are scheduled according to shipping times.
- Work closely with Supervisor regularly for updates on times and communicate with Sales for any delays or shortages.
- Monitor inventory daily to ensure FIFO is being followed unless otherwise directed by Sales.
- Inspect and verify shipments and match with picklists/bills.
- Promptly load and unload trucks, transport materials, equipment, or bulk materials to designated areas within the location utilizing a forklift.
- Daily inspection of forklift and completion of checklists for safety and to minimize risks
- Follow established safety regulations; appropriate use of signals (horns), proper use of seatbelts and other equipment as required.
- Keep stock area (cooler) organized with FIFO as priority.
- Assist production forklift operator during busy hours when needed
- Perform general housekeeping duties in Shipping area to ensure area is to NF standards.
- Accurately completing all related documentation and paperwork as required.
- Reporting operational issues or delays to the Warehouse Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Follow all Nature Fresh Standard Operating Procedures.
- Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience with computers, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Reading, writing, oral communication and effective listening skills are essential job tools.
- Organization and attention to detail is essential.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination is required.
- Previous experience as a Shipper/Receiver is an asset.
- Patient, respectful and able to direct employees effectively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure or tight constantly changing deadlines.
- Must be available to work from Monday-Saturday, hours will fluctuate according to the needs of the business. Flexibility is required as after hours, and afternoon shift may be required at times.
- Safety shoes are mandatory.
- Spanish is an asset.

- This is an active role, time will be spent in the office, walking, and driving forklift within the Warehouse or other phases as required.
