**Job Title**: Corporate Trainer - Automotive Sales

**Reports To**: Director of Business Development

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team. The main duty of this position is to provide training to new employees on the procedures and techniques for selling vehicles in compliance with our company's standards.

**TRAVEL TO USA IS REQUIRED.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new sales employees (including travel to all dealerships)
- Educate trainees on our company’s sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service standards
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, role-playing activities, and sales simulations
- Create training videos and supplemental training material as necessary
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees, providing feedback and additional coaching as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training materials
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
- **Travel to the US will be required (approximately monthly or bi-monthly)**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Certification in training and development (preferred)
