At **VICI Learning**, we are a team of passionate tutors and academic coaches working to revolutionize the education industry. Through our **Hindi Learn & Play** program, we aim to make language learning exciting for children ages 5-8 by creating a fun-filled environment where learning Hindi becomes a natural and enjoyable process.

Every child has a unique way of learning, and that’s what we focus on. By connecting with each child and understanding their learning style, we help them develop confidence in speaking Hindi. Our goal is to introduce basic vocabulary and conversation skills through games, activities, and interactive lessons that promote engagement and self-expression.

**Who You Are?**
- Fluent in Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Enthusiastic and empathetic towards young learners.
- Able to engage children through interactive and creative teaching methods.
- Patience and understanding in supporting children’s learning journeys.
- Experience with early childhood education is a strong asset.

**What does the job look like**:

- Introduce Hindi vocabulary and basic conversation skills through play and interactive activities.
- Develop lesson plans that include 30 minutes of learning and 20 minutes of play.
- Create a fun and supportive environment where children feel confident to express themselves and engage in dialogues.
- Build relationships with students to help them gain confidence in speaking Hindi.
- Submit post-session reports and occasionally provide progress updates to parents.
- At VICI Learning, you will enjoy the help of our collaborative tutors to perform the tasks above. Our coaches will be available to assist you and develop the skills you need to help students learn better.

**Requirements**:

- Completed or currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program in a related field (Education, Language Studies, Early Childhood Development).
- Fluent in Hindi with a passion for teaching language to children.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children (formal or informal settings).
- Familiarity with creative teaching methods for language learning.
- Able and willing to travel to students’ homes if required.
- Willing to submit a Criminal Record Check.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
