Busser

**About the Role**:
Osler Bluff Ski Club, a private ski club nestled near Georgian Bay, is partnering with the Food Dudes, one of Toronto’s top caterers, to provide an elevated clubhouse experience. We are seeking Busser who is passionate about hospitality, ensuring that tables are clean and properly set, assisting with restocking supplies, and supporting the service team to enhance the overall guest experience at the club’s dining facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clear and clean dining area, including floors, tables, and chairs, promptly after guests depart, including removing dishes, utensils, and glassware.
- Restock plates, utensils, glassware, and napkins as needed, ensuring a continuous supply for the servery & bar
- Assist in organizing and replenishing supplies in the dining area, including refilling condiment stations and beverage stations.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or needed supplies to the manager.
- Provide support to servers by assisting with food and beverage service when necessary
- Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
- Support the team during high-traffic periods, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently to meet the needs of guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow instructions.
- Smart server Certification required.
