- **A Typical shift at Young Guns**:_Unload/Load containers until the daily workload is complete (usually 6-8 hrs depending on daily workload)
AM Shifts 6:50 AM - 3:00 PM
**We physically hand unload the freight from shipping containers, build the stock onto pallets, wrap the pallets and then stage them for put-away drivers.**
Work is physical and repetitive, with some team lifts being up to 50lbs
Safety is critical to Young Guns, and Job Rotation schedules are in place on all YG Sites.
