Children’s Autism Services of Edmonton is on the lookout for a motivated **Accounting Clerk** who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment. We’re a not-for-profit organization that provides family-centered services for children with autism and other developmental disorders in homes, classrooms, and communities. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who’s just as excited about using their skills in the service of others as we are.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
You’ll support the finance team and wider organization with day-to-day accounting tasks. Some of the things you’ll work on include:

- Managing accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks
- Supporting bank reconciliations and month-end tasks
- Creating invoices and organizing deposits
- Helping with charitable receipting and donor reporting

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for someone with **2+ years of accounting experience** who works well in a team and independently. You’re organized, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.

Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365, and QuickBooks
- An understanding of the non-profit, voluntary and/or social services sector
- Your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
