**Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage daily accounting operations and a high-performing finance team
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and account reconciliations
- Manage AR/AP processes and financial reporting deadlines
- Support internal, external, and government audits
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures
- Mentor and train accounting staff to enhance team efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decisions
- Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis

**Accounting Manager Qualifications**:

- CPA designation (or actively working toward it)
- 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and large ERP systems
- Experience with internal controls, audits, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
