Hiring for multiple positions The Best Western Plus Sands is looking to hire 2 full-time and 2 part-time housekeepers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated and detail-oriented who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our hotel boasts 121 guest rooms that have been recently upgraded. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure guest room cleanliness and quality of products
- Perform a variety of cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sweeping etc.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards
- Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities according to hotel standards
- Take direction from our Executive Housekeeper
- Clean multiple guest rooms a day, a mix of stayover rooms and check outs
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and kindness
- Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
- Excellent time management and communication
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and lift / carry up to 30 pounds.
- Stand/walk on feet for 8 hours

*Please note that this is shift work and weekends and holidays may/will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
