**Service Claims Processor**
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review service claims (warranty, internal warranty, or insurance) for completeness and accuracy.
- Enter technician notes into the system once work orders are completed.
- Bill out approved service claims in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Submit claims to manufacturers, warranty providers, or insurance companies for payment.
- Monitor claim statuses and follow up on pending or denied claims.
- Record and maintain accurate claim and billing documentation.
- Verify parts, labor, and other details against service work orders.
- Communicate with service staff to collect missing information or clarify details.
- Assist with preparing simple reports on claims and billing activity (as directed).
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous clerical, data entry, or claims processing experience (industry experience is an asset).
- Basic knowledge of billing or invoicing procedures.
- RV technical knowledge or familiarity with RV components is highly considered an asset.
- Proficiency in computer systems and accurate data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Clear communication and ability to work in a team setting.
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
