JOB REQUIREMENTS

**Requirements**:

- As a designated position under the French language policy, advanced French skills are required
- Language skills (English/French) are required for this position
- Secondary school graduation diploma with appropriate business courses, including computers
- Minimum of six months’ experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to respond favourably to the public
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven clerical and typing skills
- Some bookkeeping knowledge and ability to handle cash process
- Demonstrated satisfactory work performance and attendance history is a requirement of this position

**Hours of Work**: Permanent Part Time, scheduled up to 24 hours a week. Must be available to work shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. Shifts and hours may change according to departmental requirements and as per the CUPE collective agreement.

**Salary**:$22.55 - $24.82 an hour
