**Location: Fort Macleod, AB**
**Schedule**:
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am-11:30am

Role Overview

We are hiring multiple Labourers to assist in our fabrication facility and yard. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys physically active work. If you’re dependable, motivated, and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general labour tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and material handling
- Assist with loading and unloading steel products and fabricated components
- Support welders, fabricators, and painters as needed
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed)
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting is an asset
- Forklift experience preferred (certification is an asset)
- Comfortable with physical work and working indoors/outdoors
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
